St. Lucie County Property Tax: Due Dates & How to Pay (2026)

When property taxes are due for Port St. Lucie homeowners and where to handle your bill, from official St. Lucie County sources. Updated July 2026.

Florida property-tax bills are mailed around November 1 and are payable through March 31, with early-payment discounts of 4% in November, 3% in December, 2% in January, and 1% in February; unpaid taxes become delinquent on April 1. Pay through your county tax collector.
